prototyping of optical systems
We have much experience with spherical, aspheric,
diffractive and Fresnel lenses and can set up the optical system
resolving best the requirements of the customer. We are also professional
in manufacturing and assembling prototypes of optical systems based
on our designs.
We have a very well equipped optical laboratory
in which we can test the manufactured prototype optical elements
(lenses, mirrors, etc) and evaluate the quality of the final prototypes.

- Design and prototyping of spherical lens systems
- Design and prototyping of aspheric, Fresnel and diffractive
lens systems
- Design and prototyping of illumination sources based on LEDs,
lasers, incandescent and other sources of wide spectral band

beam shapers and focusing lenses
- Design of polarization optical systems including retarders,
polarization beam splitters, birefringent crystals, polarizers,
apolar lenses and mirrors

- Wave optics modeling of complex optical systems based on BPM
and other custom softwares
- Design and prototyping of precision mechanical systems such
as mounts; holders for lenses, prisms, mirrors, etc.; precision
mechanics for rotating and sliding optical elements;

Consultancy for
optical projects
Customers can exploit our optical knowledge in
consultancy projects as well. The staff of Optimal Optik is comprised
of skilled optical engineers, physicists and mechanical engineers
including PhD degrees. We will be glad to help in any optical or
